Alison Doody
Alison Doody, born in Dublin 1966, was the daughter of a wealthy family. She's the youngest out of three siblings. She was educated in a convent and gained a passion for the arts. In the following years after that, she was able to return to the National College of Fine Arts of Dublin. In the end, in the absence of enthusiasm, she decided to take an absence and planned to give the school ten months. While in a cafe with friends and chatting with friends, she was approached by a photographer who inquired if she'd consider modeling. As if she had pockets money, she said yes. Modelling was both rewarding and fun, and very soon she did it professionally. Modeling contract work led to commercials and she travelled the globe. After seeing her work as an actor it was suggested to try modeling. After she turned 19 A casting director took her to London which she landed an audition to be a part of A View to a Kill, the most recent James Bond film. It was her dream to act, and she decided to work as an actor. Her first film was followed by a series of TV dramas shot in London and Dublin. Then, her breakthrough came in 1989, when she portrayed her role as the Aryan Seductress, Dr. Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
