Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, but moved to Dix Hills, Long Island shortly before the end of her final year in junior high school. Her sister is younger of Gregory and also has an older brother called Evan. Her first exposure to the industry of entertainment was in the form of modeling from ages nine to 16. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she was studying the acting of Sanford Meisner methods for about three years.
